If you are using Windows Vista, Or Windows 7, in order to avoid any possible problems with using ALLVOI Softphone, please, follow these instructions:

1. Set capability mode to Windows XP
2. Run the program as administrator.
3. Go to Windows Firewall and add Softphone to trusted zone.
4. Please check if antivirus software is not blocking Softphone.

Once you have the softphone installed on your computer, you will need a headset and microphone to use it.  Use your ALLVOI Account number (87XXXXX) as the username when logging in and the password you selected during signup.

There is a two device maximum per account.  Rates are $9.99 with Unlimited plans (both domestic unlimited and International), and $2.99 per month with all other plans.
